TensorShift grew out of years spent on factory floors where finding a job's status meant walking over to check. It is our manufacturing execution system: one live view of what is being made, where each job stands and what production is costing you.

Discover
We come to you, watch how the work gets done and ask plenty of questions. The real problem is often two steps upstream of the one described in the first email.

Design
You get a clear proposal covering the screens, data, integrations and a fixed scope for the first release. We start only once you have signed it off.

Build
You get working software early, using your data. Changing direction in week three is inexpensive; in month three it is not, so you see the work while it is still easy to adjust.

Support
We stay involved after go-live with monitoring, fixes and practical improvements. Software proves itself over time, and we are there when the inevitable edge case appears.

A small studio, on purpose.
We're a small software studio based in South Africa. We learned most of what we know about manufacturing on factory floors, not from a distance. That is why our systems fit the way work actually happens, including the messy parts.
You work directly with the people writing the code. Nothing is outsourced, decisions can be made through a quick conversation, and if we think an idea will not work, you will hear it before you pay for it. We take the same approach to AI: use it where it earns its place and leave it out where it does not.
